Description
Exceptional collaboration between a supplier and its customer is the result of quickly delivering the right information to the right place to drive the right decision. Applying Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) techniques to the collaborative process improves the quality of each design and manufacturing decision across all stages of the product life cycle.
As technology is constantly changing and evolving, new opportunities will come to the businesses that are nimble and can quickly adapt. The Quad Cities Manufacturing Innovation Hub has formed a CAD/CAM Users Group to accelerate our region’s learning and investment in collaborative design and manufacturing best practices. The users group will focus on engaged involvement between supplier and customer, enabled by fast and flexible design and manufacturing processes.
Why attend? Hear from local experts about state-of-the-art technology in the digital age and best practices for its use. No matter what your knowledge level, this night will offer an opportunity to build your understanding of digital collaboration and how it will grow your competitive advantage.
