Hub Huddle: Branding, marketing and a...
Description
Hub Huddles are an opportunity for manufacturing leaders to share, on a peer-to-peer basis, best practices for growth and strategies to overcoming challenges.
Branding, marketing and advertising: what’s the difference? Why does it matter to me?
Presented by Amy Behning, MindFire Communications
The differences between branding, marketing and advertising can be confusing. The terms are increasingly used interchangeably, which only adds to the confusion. All three are important, but for different reasons. So what is the difference between branding, marketing and advertising? And, why should you care?
Join us Aug. 25 to find out more. Learn about what it all means and why it matters to you in the business-to-business or manufacturing environment. Most importantly, get insights about how successful companies – regardless of size, audience or product – focus on all three.
Attendees will walk away with a keen understanding of how to spark a return on investment through branding, marketing and advertising.
About the speaker:
If you ask Amy to describe her “secret sauce” for building a brand that sizzles, she’ll tell you it’s a heaping dose of right-brained creative mixed to perfection with left-brained business acumen. And, she would know. Her experience before taking on agency gave her lots of chances to perfect the mix. From working as the vice president of internal marketing for a Fortune 500 company to advocating to an entire community the connection between economic development and regional prosperity, Amy understands firsthand that messaging needs to matter to your audience. Paired with a savvy approach to delivery and a plan built on ROI, it becomes a foundation for branding success.
She is a co-owner and brand arsonist at MindFire Communications. When not lighting brand fires, she enjoys saddling up her mare and taking in the beauty of the Midwest, reading anything she can get her hands on and quality time with family and friends.
Time will be provided for Q & A and networking with other attendees.
