Description
Ignite Quad Cities Open Coffee Meetup
Mentoring programs are popping up in nearly every industry and across college campuses throughout the nation, creating quite a bit of buzz around the concept. But what does it really mean to be mentored? Is it really as effective as all of the buzz would have you believe?
Join Sarah Stevens, Executive Director at Lead(h)er, as she unpacks a little research that will articulate the benefits of being mentored, and offers her own perspective about creating successful mentoring relationships.
Informed by the experience of over 200 women in the Strike a Match mentoring program, Sarah will bring a fresh perspective to the mentoring buzz, leaving you with a realistic approach to creating a circle of influence that will fuel your future career and community engagement.
