Job Description
This fulltime position will provide exceptional administrative support to the Finance/Administration and Grantmaking/Community Initiatives departments. Duties include office management, clerical work, database integrity, gift processing, and special projects as needed. The Administrative Assistant will assist with events, grantmaking correspondence, and will provide meeting support. This staff person will act as backup front desk coverage. Candidates must be able to receive and assist visitors and callers to the Foundation in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
