Administrative Assistant

This full-time position provides exceptional, professional customer service and hospitality to all visitors and callers.  In addition this position will provide exceptional administrative support to the Operations Manager and the Grantmaking and Community Initiatives Department as well as support to the overall operation of the office.  The Administrative Assistant, in addition to front desk reception, manages all meeting areas, helps with scholarship and grantmaking initiatives, assists with Foundation events, capture and entry of information for database, distribute day-to-day correspondence and maintain Foundation files as needed.  A full job description can be found HERE.  Please send resume to hr@qccommunityfoundation.org, with Job Inquiry:  Administrative Assistant as the subject line.
