Job Description
The Human Resources Administrator will manage employee related documentation including, but not limited to, personal employee information, state and federal withholding information, benefit information, payroll deduction authorizations, earnings records and training records.  Advise managment and supervsiors to ensure lawful constent actions are taken.  This person also has the authority to identify and record a problem or noncompliance relating to the quality system and to discontinue a process when a noncompliance is identified.
