Desktop Support Technician – Orion, IL

Job Description

BankORION is currently looking for a Desktop Support Technician who has great customer services skills and who thrives on helping people resolve problems (in person, by telephone, or via email) in a timely and accurate fashion.


  • Desktop support skills, hardware/software moves, adds and changes in a LAN/WAN environment
  • Hands-on technical knowledge of laptop and desktop design and software installation
  • Documents and track issues
  • Contacts carriers and other vendors for trouble/ticket reporting
  • Ability to travel between sites
  • Occasional work outside regular business hours


  • Associate’s degree in a computer related field
  • 1+ years Helpdesk/Desktop support experience
  • Willingness and desire to learn new technologies
  • Ability to effectively communicate with end-users
  • Can manage changing priorities and schedules
