East Moline Community Fund Fall 2018 Grant Awards Announcement

With the aid of many generous donors throughout the area, The East Moline Community Fund Advisory Council recently met to review and approve funding for nine non-profit organizations in the community for 2018. The following grants were approved that feed the hungry, educate teens, help with community improvements, improve the homes of seniors and those in need, aid troubled teens and help educate and increase literacy.

About the East Moline Community Fund
The East Moline Community Fund, East Moline, Illinois founded in 2011, provides quality of life grants in the area's of health, human services, education, workforce and community development, and the arts. Donations to EMCF benefit the citizens of East Moline and the surrounding area, including the Quad Cities region. The East Moline Community Fund receives and administers charitable gifts and works with citizens to achieve their dreams to improve the community. 
Members of the East Moline Community Fund Advisory Council include Chairman Bob Baecke, Vice Chairman Larry Anderson, Secretary/Treasurer Bill Phares, and Council Members Terry Brahm, Connie Dowsett, Willie Ellis, Doug Reynolds, and Pat VanBruwaene.
