Kooky, Spooky, and All-Together Ooky Activities Fill the Family Museum for Scarecrow Shenanigans

Bettendorf — Come in costume and celebrate the fall season! On Sunday, October 22, from noon – 5:00 PM the Family Museum’s annual event, Scarecrow Shenanigans, returns this year with even more kooky, spooky, and ooky activities. Almost every gallery and room in the Museum will be filled with art activities, games, and science projects.
The Family Museum will be bursting with activities including mini-pumpkin decorating, pumpkin bowling, glow-in-the-dark Jack O’ Lanterns in the Glow Room, make your own Witch’s Brew in a Bag, a Creepy Crawly Room with real bugs and a bug craft, Build-a-Web Workshop, Ghostly Bubbles (aka dry-ice demonstrations), dance performances by the Family Museum Dance Studio dancers, a bounce house, a free family portrait from Walgreens printed while you wait, and Halloween candy and games. All activities are included with the price of admission.
