Rosecrance to host ‘Every Step Counts’ Recovery 5K Walk/Run

ROCKFORD – Rosecrance will host its third Recovery 5K Walk/Run on Sunday, August 5, 2018, beginning at 7:00 a.m. The start and finish line for this certified course is located at Rosecrance Berry Campus (8616 Northern Avenue, Rockford, IL 61107).
With this annual event, Rosecrance aims to promote healthy living in the community, celebrate recovery and raise funds for Rosecrance charity care and treatment services. Proceeds from the race will support Rosecrance programs and the families who seek treatment for substance abuse and mental health disorders.
All participants will receive a medal, goodie bag and refreshments at the end of the race, and T-shirts are guaranteed for race entries submitted before July 20th. Awards will be given to age group winners.
Early Bird Registration Fee: Sign up by July 11, 2018 - Adults $25 and Kids 17 & younger $15          
Registration Fee after July 11th: Adults $30 and Kids 17 & younger $15  
Participants are welcome to run/walk with a team of family members, friends, or co-workers, too! Go to the Teams page to sign up with your company wellness team or with a group of your family and friends.
