DESCRIPTION:Bettendorf High School\, 3333 18th St. Bettendorf\, IA 52722\, will host a grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony and Fall sports kickoff on Thursday\, September 4 at 6:00 p.m.   Bettendorf High School will be celebrating upgrades to their athletic facility including: improvements to TouVelle Stadium and new synthetic turf\, track\, lighting\, ticket booth and plaza at Habenicht Field\; as well as renovations to the home-side concessions and restrooms.  The project cost is estimated at $3.2 million and is being funded through the Physical Plant Equipment Levy & SAVE ($.01 sales tax).
