SUMMARY:Climb Out of the Darkness
DESCRIPTION:The Climb Out of the Darkness is the world's largest event raising funds and awareness for the mental health of new families. We gather as a community to Climb and socialize. We meet fellow survivors\, supporters and providers to realize the power of unity - we are all in this together!\n\n\n\nOur team is raising money to benefit Postpartum Support International (PSI)\, an organization committed to providing invaluable support and resources to moms and their families as they struggle to overcome a postpartum mood disorder\, as well as working to defeat the stigma associated with maternal mental illness that so often prevents women from getting the help they need. You can find more information about PSI here https://www.postpartum.net/\n\n\n\nOur Climb will include a 60 minute class that includes breath work\, functional movement and restorative yoga....all with a theme of Climbing throughout the movements. We will have the Vibrant ice cream truck and vendor tables to allow you to connect with local resources. Please BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat or Towel) but we will have a small amount available if needed. Registration starts at 9:30am\, the Climb at 10:00am\, connection and ice cream at 11:00am!\n\n\n\nJoin the team and raise money and awareness!!
