Located in the Salvation Army Building on Harrison Street in Davenport\, Iowa\, this clinic provides free medical care to homeless individuals. “Our goal is to provide access to quality care offered with dignity and respect\,” Bob Davis\, director of the Homeless Outreach Clinic\, said. “Until recently\, our facilities did not match the kind of environment that we want to provide our patients\, and we were in need of updated medical equipment to serve these patients.” A $38\,500 grant from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) was used to give the clinic a facelift\, as well as replace outdated medical and office equipment.
