In 2003\, Phil and Shelly Dingeldein had a vision to revitalize a vacant building in downtown Rock Island.  With determination and a lot of elbow grease\, what was once Spector Liquors- a 1950’s bowling alley\, bar\, liquor store and warehouse was transformed into dphilms – a hip\, retro studio in the District of Rock Island home for the past 10 years.  No matter what the project\, they deliver powerful and impactful production services for local\, national and international clients.   In this fast-paced broadcast\, social media and online world\, dphilms offers a wide range of media production services including concept development\, script writing\, location scouting\, talent\, voice over\, crewing\, media buying and more.  They were the first in the Quad Cities to offer state-of-the-art HD video marketing and television production that can be seen around the globe. dphilms’ portfolio is extensive including filing segments for the History Channel’s hit show\, American Pickers\, since its premiere 4 years ago. To celebrate their 10 year anniversary in the District of Rock Island\, dphilms has also rolled out a new look with a newly designed website and logo.
