DESCRIPTION:Millenials are the most studied group in history but do you know what they really want in the workplace? As the fabric of our workforce changes\, learning future trends on what employees want in the workplace can help your business attract and retain young talent. But recruiting is only half of the battle\, with four generations of employees now in the workforce\, finding ways for employees from different generations to work in harmony is critical to building a strong company culture. Amy Kristof-Brown\, Chair\, Department of Management and Organizations with the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business will share what our future workforce will look like and provide tips on how to effectively manage a multi-generational workforce.\n\n\n\nRegistration for this event will close at 2pm on Thursday\, April 6th but walk-in's will still be accepted at the door.
