DESCRIPTION:Friendship Manor\, 1209 21st Ave. Rock Island\, IL 61265\, will host a ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday\, Oct. 1 at 11:00 a.m.  After over 35 years of service to seniors\, Friendship Manor has expanded its services to include villa-style living.  In the fall of 2013\, Friendship Manor began construction on the senior villa community on a cul-de-sac directly south of their facility on 21st Avenue in Rock Island.  Consisting of 13 villa homes\, construction was completed in one year.  Services in the villa include utilities\, interior/exterior maintenance\, housekeeping\, trash removal\, transportation for shopping/medical appointments\, satellite TV and more.
