DESCRIPTION:Growth Wheel Workshop:  Business Concept\n\n \n\n	Product portfolio\n	Customer portfolio\n	Market position\n\n \n\nAll Quad Cities Chamber members will have access to a business growth pathway called Growth Wheel.  This pathway provides training and assistance within four key areas: customer relations / marketing and sales\, operations\, business concept and budget and finances.  Through Growth Wheel workshops\, member businesses will have the ability to identify areas of potential growth and weaknesses\, and receive additional assistance to address these areas. \n\n \n\nThese one hour training sessions are held the third Wednesday of every month from 11:30 AM   1:00 PM. Following the sessions\, attendees have the option to receive additional guidance through the Small Business Development Centers\, or Chamber member businesses that provide services within the areas where assistance is needed.\n\n \n\nGrowth Wheel Workshops are provided in partnership with the Iowa Small Business Center at Eastern Iowa Community Colleges and Illinois Small Business Development Center at Western Illinois University   Quad Cities.
