Located at 3625 Mississippi Avenue in Davenport – east side of Dahl Ford\, just off Kimberly Rd ABOUT HFHI· Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is a non-profit Christian housing organization founded in 1976· HFHI is at work in 100 countries· A Habitat house is built every 22 minutes· Habitat homes shelter more than 1.5million people ABOUT HFHQC· Since 1993\, HFHQC has built 75 homes\, providing shelter for 306 individuals· HFHQC will complete 5-6 houses in 2012· HFHQC is powered by more than 3\,000 volunteers and donations from individuals\, business\, foundations\, organizations\, and faith communities· Milestones include: a 24-hour build for paralyzed high school football player Travis Hearn\, the 50th house which was built and funded by 50 churches\, and the construction of the affiliate’s 1st housing community – Habitat Park in Rock Island HOW YOU CAN HELP· Swing a hammer.
