He additionally held positions in Labor Relations and has experience in leading SAP implementations.  Prior to Deere\, he worked in the public sector in city and county management.  \n\n\n\nGlobal HR processes that he has been responsible for include leadership development\, learning\, succession planning\, performance management\, coaching\, mentoring\, strategic and tactical workforce planning\, and HR Data/Analytics.  He holds a B.A. from Augustana College and a Master's degree in Public Administration from Kansas University.  He also earned an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.\n\n \n\nTime will be provided for Q & A and networking with other attendees.\n\n \n\nThis event is free to attend.
