He is an active member of numerous professional organizations\, including the American Bar Association\, Iowa State Bar Association\, Illinois State Bar Association\, Chicago Bar Association and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He also serves on the Taxation Committee of the Iowa CPA Society.\n\nKyle is active in the Quad Cities community as a United Way Young Leader and an IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program tax preparer. Kyle is also an active member of St. Paul the Apostle Parish in Davenport\, Iowa.\n\n\n\nKyle received his Masters in Laws (LL.M.) degree in taxation\, with honors\, from Northwestern University School of Law\, his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law\, and his B.B.A.\, accounting\, from the University of Iowa. He is admitted to practice law in Iowa and Illinois\, and is a licensed certified public accountant (inactive) in Iowa\, Illinois and Minnesota.
