DDA president Pete DiSalvo will discuss how this data is expected to affect downtown Davenport occupancy rates\, projected housing demand\, owner-occupied housing\, rent per-square-foot\, and key amenities.  The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session and lunch will be provided.   \n\n \n\nOhio-based DDA is a real estate consultancy firm providing market research analysis\, strategic planning\, and development consultation on a wide range of real estate issues.
