Randy Moore\, President & CEO of Iowa American Water Company and a champion of Q2030's Welcoming and Inclusive task force\, will talk about what each of us can start doing today to create an equal and equitable workplace\, and ensure individuals from all backgrounds feel that they are a valued part of our community.\n\n\n\nDuring the lunch hour\, join YPQC to enhance your personal and professional development skills.  With a new speaker and topic each month\, you'll brush up on your skills each time while learning more about the local opportunities available to young professionals. Network\, grab a bite to eat\, and pick up some new insight at our monthly Network @ Noon\, typically held the second Tuesday of each month.
