Negotiating Basics: Getting What You Want (and Deserve)

The purpose of this workshop is to reinforce the benefits of being able to negotiate for yourself throughout your career\, to learn from the research on when and how individuals negotiate\, and to provide a framework to improve and enhance your personal approach to negotiations within an organization. \;
During the lunch hour\, join YPQC to enhance your personal and professional development skills. \; With a new speaker and topic each month\, you'll brush up on your skills each time while learning more about the local opportunities available to young professionals. Network\, grab a bite to eat\, and pick up some new insight at our monthly Network @ Noon\, typically held the second Tuesday of each month. \;Make sure to arrive early for check-in which will begin at 11:45am.
