Participants will learn about the federal budgetand create their own budgets -- including defense and discretionary spending\,taxes\, Medicare and Social Security -- to improve America's fiscal outlook. There is no cost to attend. Reservations are appreciated. Boxed lunches provided at 11:30a.m. Program starts at noon.
