In 2017\, he earned a bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies from Life Pacific University and was hired on to a church's staff as the Young Adult's Pastor. More recently he has served as DEI Program Manager for UnityPoint Health Trinity. His passion is to help create opportunities for people to engage and interact with their community\, and to cultivate a culture of diversity\, equity\, and inclusion. \n\n\n\nDr. Jon Sexton\, Senior Vice President of Culture and Leadership Development | Vibrant Credit Union\n\nIn his role\, Jon focuses on facilitating employee engagement initiatives\, developing and facilitating unique leadership development programs and helping to sustain Vibrant's surprisingly different work culture. As a Gallup Certified Clifton Strengths Coach\, Jon facilitates workshops and training sessions to help team members understand how to tap into their natural talents. He also provides executive coaching for leaders to help them identify and leverage the strengths of their teams in order to ensure that staff have an opportunity to do what they do best everyday. In addition to his role at Vibrant\, Jon serves as the President for the Association of Talent Development - Mississippi Valley Chapter. Jon earned his Ph.D. in Educational Policy & Leadership Studies and a Master's in Student Development at the University of Iowa. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Central College.\n\n\n\nSarah Wright\, CDE\, Diversity and Safety Coordinator | Shive-Hattery\, Inc. \n\nWith decades of experience in convenience retail\, Sarah's passion for meaningful work led her to her current role in shaping strategy for leadership and providing organizational learning. Since joining the firm in 2021\, she has worked with architects and engineers to cultivate an inclusive and thriving workplace.
