DESCRIPTION:Every year\, the Chamber organizes a delegation to visit each of our three capitols (Des Moines\, Springfield\, and Washington) with the aim to advocate for the needs of our communities\, build partnerships to help accomplish our goals\, and to provide an opportunity for our members to engage with policymakers and experts. In addition to meeting with our own elected officials\, we will meet with leadership in the legislatures as well as our governors and key agencies.\n\n\n\nJoin us for our Annual Des Moines Capitol Trip to promote policy priorities important to the region and to you! Your registration includes transportation\, snacks on the bus\, a one night hotel stay at the Des Moines Marriott Downtown and attendance to the Quad Cities' reception with leaders from all across the State's government and business community.\n\n\n\nAGENDA:\n\nWednesday Feb. 7\n\n~7:00 bus depart from Davenport Chamber office (parking in ramp is available)\n\n10:30 Gov.
