DESCRIPTION:Quad City Speedway and K+S Promotions\, located at 4200 Archer Dr. East Moline\, IL 61244\, will host a ribbon cutting on Sunday\, May 4th at 2:30pm.   Quad City Speedway provides family fun\, grassroots\, dirt track stock car racing every Sunday night through August in 2014 (weather permitting) on the 1/4 mile at the Rock Island County Fairgrounds. The Speedway recently made an investment back into their track and will be celebrating their 50th year of racing.   Racing this season will be the Eriksen Chevrolet Buick IMCA Late Models\, Toppert Jetting Services IMCA Modifieds\, Weber Auto Group Street Stocks\, 4-Cylinders\, McDonald's Mod Lites\, and U-Pull-A-Part/Cimco Engler IMRA Midget Lites. Admission prices for weekly racing (non-special events) for adults is $10 and pit passes for weekly racing (non-special events) are $25.
