Bettendorf\, IA 52722\, will host a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of their new branch and corporate center on Wednesday\, April 8 at 9:30 a.m. R.I.A. will also be celebrating 80 years of serving the community.   As a part of the celebration\, R.I.A. is giving three local nonprofit organizations the opportunity to compete for a $5\,000 gift to benefit their work in the community.  The three competing nonprofit organizations are Honor Flight of the Quad Cities\, Junior Achievement of the Quad Cities\, and River Bend Foodbank.  Larry Coverstone\, CEO of R.I.A.
