The ribbon cutting will take place on Friday\, January 27th at 11am at 3817 – 16th Street in Moline (near the corner of John Deere Rd and 16th Street – across from Mills Chevrolet). Rainbow International of the QC is locally owned and has been in business in the Quad Cities for 19 years.  Services include restoring residential and commercial properties damaged by water\, fire\, wind and smoke.  An extension of services includes residential and commercial carpet cleaning.  Certified technicians are available 24 hours a day for any size loss.  The main office is located at 21110 Holden Drive\, Davenport.
