This bi-state celebration will be held in Schwiebert Park in Rock Island and LeClaire Park in Davenport on Tuesday\, July 3 starting at 6:00 p.m.This year's fireworks will be bigger than ever\, and the festival will feature family-friendly entertainment on both sides of the river. Visit www.redwhiteandboom.org for more information.Festivities in Schwiebert Park will include performances by the Navy Band\, Horizon Great Lakes\, a children's fun zone\, food vendors and beer garden\, and a station to write thank you cards to our military serving overseas! There will be a mayoral address at 6:30 p.m. and a special salute to veterans at 8:15.In LeClaire Park\, hear the Spirit of the USO band perform\, and stop by the USO Discovery Kids Tent\, the Davenport Parks & Rec mobile playground\, and Davenport Police Department mobile precinct and more.
