DESCRIPTION:The Regional Vision Summit - a gathering of colleagues from the ROC\, business\, labor\, education\, human services\, arts & culture\, and local government -  is set for Friday\, December 5\, 7:30-10:00 a.m. at the iWireless Center.   We have confirmed that Oklahoma City Mayor Mick Cornett and Chamber CEO Roy Williams will be our keynote speakers that morning to share how Oklahoma City residents and public officials - over three consecutive administrations - came together to formulate\, fund and implement an aggressive plan to revitalize their region... and how their efforts have paid off for residents and companies alike.  You will not want to miss their presentation as it has many lessons for the Quad Cities about business leaders holding public office\; community leaders setting a course for the region rather than leaving it to others or to chance\;  taking risks and thinking boldly about what the region can be... and building consensus around key areas that make a vision a reality.
