DESCRIPTION:Black Hawk Area Education Center will host a ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday\, September 12 at 10:30am to celebrate the completion of their new handicap accessible playground. \n\n \n\nBlack Hawk Area Education Center is a school for special needs students. They currently have about 160 students\, ranging in age from 3 - 22. The new playground provides the students an opportunity at all levels of disability to participate in the outdoors in a safe and handicap accessible playground. More funding is needed for the fencing and the reseeding of grass around the area.
