Some of the features of the renovated Franklin school include a new lobby with state-of-the-art security systems\, LED lighting\, open floor plan design\, bright color scheme\, open library concept\, a flexible art-music room\, adjustable seating and adjustable glass walls\, and collaboration spaces designed to create a 21st century learning environment. The school also received upgrades to the electrical and heating system\, along with the addition of air conditioning\, making it a climate-controlled building.
