Additionally\, the Isabel Bloom Company now features a new showroom\, offices and enhanced production space.\n\n \n\nCompletion of this exciting $37 million dollar private and public investment by Y & J Properties on the east side of Davenport's downtown riverfront would not have been possible without the assistance and support of the city's elected officials and staff.
