The Typewriter Shop was founded in 1930\, by M.J. Dabol\, and became the St. Cloud based company\, Marco Business Products\, Inc. in 1973. It was purchased by Gary Marsden and Dave Marquardt\, former IBM sales managers. The name Marco came from the first three letters of their last names.\n\n\n\nAs the industry and technology changed\, so did Marco.
