The lofts range in size from 502 square feet and up to 1\,680 square feet with the option of studio\, one bedroom\, two bedroom\, and three-bedroom units. The lofts feature 10-to-11-foot high ceilings\, and some of the first floor units have 17-to-18-foot ceilings\, hardwood or concrete floors\, granite countertops\, stainless steel appliances\, in-unit laundry facilities. Some units feature advertising from the original exterior walls. \n\n \n\n"We are excited to have the public view the project as we feel this is the most unique and well-designed project in the Quad-Cities\," said John G.
