There is also a courtyard where students and visitors can relax outside.\n\n \n\nThe Carriage House footprint remains intact\, the interior has been retrofitted for its new purpose. The exterior brick was repaired as well as iron accents\, including the balcony railing\, to maintain the building's character and historic accuracy. Built in 1915\, the Carriage House is one of several buildings on the then 24 acre estate. Today\, only the Mansion\, Carriage House and the former guesthouse (now known as Wallace House) remain on almost 9 acres of the original estate.
