Tours of the facility will be available after the ceremony.\n\n\n\nHerbert Hoover Elementary recently completed a 7\,500 addition and renovation adding a secure entrance\, school office\, student instruction support spaces\, and educator support spaces. The project also included\n\nimproved inclusive playground and surfaces\, and the parking lot entry. The project is being paid with Sales Tax Bond as well as PPEL (Physical Plant & Equipment Levy) and SAVE (one cent sales tax) funds. The Scott County Regional Authority also awarding the district a $42\,500 grant to help fund the inclusive learning playground.
