Richard Bittner YMCA).\n\n \n\nThe YMCA of the Iowa Mississippi Valley is opening the Hubbell-Waterman Soccer Complex\, celebrating the installation of three new soccer fields located right outside the R. Richard Bittner YMCA.  These fields will provide a new\, fast\, and exciting type of soccer experience overlooking the Mississippi River\, and right in the Downtown Davenport area.
