This not-for-profit festival is produced by the Downtown Davenport Partnership\, a division of Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce\, with support from fellow non-profit partners Living Lands & Waters and River Music Experience.\n Friday: 11am - BBQ Rib Vendors Open  for lunch!
