Located at 1305 5th Avenue – John Deere Rd/Route 5 to Barstow Road/40th Street\; turn left at the light\; go to 4th Avenue and turn right. The building is centrally located in the district and has been a project in the making since 2001.  It will initially serve 200 students\, but can serve over 300 if needed.  It is geothermal.
