In addition\, Jim is currently serving as the lead consultant on the New Skills for Youth grant won by Wisconsin which focuses on career pathways for students. His role is working with the four regional directors (Indianhead\, Madison\, Milwaukee and Moraine Park) to ensure business engagement in design and implementation.
