DESCRIPTION:On June 5\, 2021\, GiGi's Playhouse Quad Cities will host the 9th Annual Superhero 5K Run and the 17th Annual Family Walk and Kids' Dash as part of the national GiGiFIT Acceptance Challenge. We will join all GiGi's locations in spreading acceptance for ALL around the globe. You can choose to participate in-person or virtually whichever you are most comfortable with. The in-person event will be mask-friendly with COVID safety measures in place. Designed for the entire family\, this event has something for people of all ages and abilities. Featuring a timed 5K Competitive Run\, a 1-Mile Inspirational Walk\, and a Kids' Dash\, this is an INCREDIBLE event. At GiGi's\, our mission is to inspire and empower individuals with Down syndrome to succeed in life but also to spread awareness and acceptance for ALL. Dreams\, hopes\, and plans for the future are the driving force! We set high expectations and encourage everyone to achieve their "Best of All" in everything they do.
