The Mills offers students premium 2 bedroom and 4 bedroom apartments. Apartment amenities include private bedrooms\, WiFi internet\, full size washer and dryer\, 42” flat screen TV and more.  The 107\,900 square foot complex will also have 20\,087 square feet of retail space.   Three Corners Developed the $22 million project\, while Madison Construction was responsible for building The Mills.  Three Corners has also proposed additional development adjacent to The Mills.  In all\, the company has proposed developing 15.5 acres between the 2500 and 2900 blocks of River Drive.
