The ribbon cutting will be followed by an open house.  The new facility will include a UnityPoint Clinic family medicine practice with medical home services.  Dr. Nicole Chickris and Dr. Michael Bollaert\, formally of Family Medicine - Moline Clinic\, will now practice at the new location\, which will be known as Family Medicine - John Deere Rd.  The UnityPoint Express Care will re-locate from Avenue of the Cities in East Moline and offer expanded hours beginning at 7:00am.  The new facility includes urgent care services\, on-site X-rays and labs provided by Metropolitan Medical Laboratory\, PLC.
