She holds a Master of Arts in Anthropology from University of British Columbia\, and a Master of Business Administration from University of Phoenix. \n\n\n\nWorking in higher education for 21 years\, Ms. Bjorgan has held positions in student advising\, policy and project management\, adjunct faculty\, registrar\, and compliance. Currently\, she works as the Dean of Enrollment Management at Black Hawk College overseeing a division of student services.
