She holds a Master of Arts in Anthropology from University of British Columbia\, and a Master of Business Administration from University of Phoenix. \n\n\n\nWorking in higher education for 21 years\, Ms. Bjorgan has held positions in student advising\, policy and project management\, adjunct faculty\, registrar\, and compliance. Currently\, she works as the Dean of Enrollment Management at Black Hawk College overseeing a division of student services. Her areas of expertise are in change management and encouraging continuous improvement.\n\n\n\nJulie Gelaude\, MOL\, Director\, Business Training Center at Black Hawk College\n\n\n\nJulie Gelaude holds a Master's of Leadership from St. Ambrose University and a Bachelor's in Marketing from Augustana College.\n\nMs. Gelaude has worked in higher education doing customized contract training and program development for the workforce at Black Hawk College for 22 years.  She also serves on the Board of the Black Hawk College Foundation QC\, Quad Cities Missing Person's Network (QCMPN) and Her2o International.  She is driven to share the value of education and being a lifelong learner.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMikael Gibson | BSW\, MPA\, Black Hawk College Adult Admissions Advisors\n\n\n\nMikael Gibson holds a Masters of Public Administration for Drake University and Bachelors of Social Worker (BSW) from Concord University.\n\n\n\nMs. Gibson has worked in higher education at Black Hawk College 7 years. She has served the Quad City community for over 20 years sharing her skill as a social worker\, community organizer\, and fundraiser.
