To help area businesses get the latest updates on information they need to know\, the Quad Cities Chamber will host a virtual town hall meeting on the current status of COVID-19 vaccine development and distribution in the Quad Cities. Featured panel speakers include:\n\n\n	Dr. Louis Katz\, Medical Director\, Scott County Health Department\n	Janet Hill\, MPH\, Chief Operating Officer\, Rock Island County Health Department\n	Amy Thoreson\, MPH\, Deputy Health Director\, Scott County Health Department\n\n\nRepresentatives from area health systems\, whose healthcare workers are in the first phase of vaccine distribution\, also will be on hand. Learn about the data and history behind vaccine development\, safety considerations and phased roll-out based on each state's prioritized groups and vaccine supply.\n\n \n\nPlease submit questions in advance to Terri Smith at tsmith@quadcitieschamber.com.\n\n\n\nGuest Speaker:\n\n \n\nDr. Louis Katz | Director\, Scott County Health Department\n\n\n\nDr. Louis Katz is a board-certified internist and infectious diseases specialist who trained at the University of Iowa.
