Before that\, he was with the Quad Cities Chamber and preceding organizations since 2006\, serving in roles ranging from talent attraction and retention\, community development\, public policy\, and economic development. He was heavily involved in initiatives including the Quad Cities Manufacturing Innovation Hub\, Q2030\, regional economic development\, Chicago to Quad Cities Passenger Rail\, and the redevelopment planning of SouthPark Mall.
