Yin Yoga is a practice to nurture the whole body and mind. With the longer floor-based poses in this class you are able to take time to really feel the sensations in the body and to reconnect through meditation. While you are in the poses you are nurturing the bones\, connective tissues\, joints\, and fascia. Using your breath\, body\, and mind you will be able to release into the poses experiencing the practice fully. Along with physical releases you may experience emotional releases as well.\n\n\n\nReiki is an energy healing system that originated in Japan. It encourages the body to release mental and physical blockages. The poses offer time for Becky to give everyone Reiki by placing her hands on or near the body. Becky is a Usui/Holy Fire  Reiki Karuna Reiki  Master and she has been working with Reiki for 8 years and have seen many benefits of its healing.\n\n\n\nOur bodies are made up of 60% water which makes them a wonderful conductor of sound vibration. During Savasana Becky will play sound healing music for you.
