Mental Health Therapist-Davenport

Family Resources is accepting resumes for a Licensed Therapist. The therapist assesses and treats clients across the lifespan who are experiencing mental health, emotional, social, or behavioral problems. Family Resources is looking for a well-organized, dedicated professional with a fresh trauma-informed approach. Position hours will vary, no weekends but some evenings expected. Full and part-time positions available in our Davenport and Muscatine offices. Services are provided at our clinic locations as well as in area schools.

As a Licensed Therapist, you will:

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapies
  • Conduct clinical intakes, diagnostic interviews, and develop treatment plans
  • Assess and provide appropriate treatment interventions to clients
  • Provide accurate and punctual documentation of services provided
  • Work with a team of experienced licensed therapists
  • Engage in trauma-informed practice


  • Iowa License in social work, counseling, or related field required: LMHC or LISW preferred.
  • Experience in assessment, diagnosing, and therapy required.
